Shepherd Neame, Canterbury Jack (England) Shepherd Neame has joined forces with Tesco to raise �20,000 for the retailer�s Charity of the Year � Clic Sargent -- which supports children with cancer. The beer is a bottled version of a cask ale that was launched in 2008 at the Great British Beer Festival. It�s brewed with pale and crystal malts and hopped with American Cascade and East Kent Goldings. The pale bronze beer has a malt loaf and spicy hops nose. Bitter hops, grapefruit from the Cascades and rich malt fill the mouth while the finish is dry and hoppy, with tangy citrus fruit and ripe malt notes. It�s available in 350 Tesco stores nationwide.
